Weekly Tech-update (W.51)

This Week’s Breakthroughs

Read time: 2 minutes

Another productive week for the Fixmeapp Tech Team, with steady progress across development, design, and infrastructure.

What We Completed This Week

This week, we continued refining the onboarding and login flow for businesses, including certificate handling and file uploads using AWS S3.
We also finalized the Business Profile view and edit screens, marking an important milestone for business users.

UX/UI

Work has begun on the home screens for both business and worker profiles, with a focus on clarity, usability, and a smooth first impression.

Infrastructure

To support faster and more reliable development, we implemented branch protection and enhanced cache management, which helped reduce pipeline run times.

What’s next?

Next week, the focus will be on finalizing all profile types (User, Worker, and Business) in both view and edit modes, and starting backend API integrations.
We’ll also continue improving the Prompt Feed and extending the login and onboarding flow to other roles.

UX/UI

The goal is to finalize the first version of home screens for all profile types.

Infrastructure

We’ll begin researching and exploring AWS resources to support future scalability and infrastructure needs.

Fixmeapp continues to evolve with steady progress toward a faster, more seamless, and more connected experience. Every improvement helps shape the product we believe in, and we look forward to what’s next as we continue this journey.
