Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining access to your account, and for activities that occur through your account or connected business tools.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fixmeapp to:
- violate laws or third-party rights
- send spam, abuse, harassment, or fraudulent communications
- attempt to bypass security or misuse integrations
- scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the service unlawfully
Third-party integrations
Some features rely on third-party services such as Instagram, calendars, hosting providers, payment processors, or AI providers. Their availability can affect the functionality of Fixmeapp, and their separate terms may also apply.
Bookings, payments, and business operations
Providers remain responsible for their services, prices, availability, tax obligations, client communications, and legal compliance in their own business operations. Fixmeapp provides tools and automation, but does not independently guarantee provider performance or booking outcomes.

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. During early access, some features may still evolve.
Intellectual property
Fixmeapp and its branding, software, and product materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights to your own content and business information, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limits
Fixmeapp is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free operation in all cases.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if use of the service creates material risk to users, partners, or the platform.
