    Fixmeapp gives you a social storefront, instant bookings directly from your content, smart scheduling, client messaging, AI-powered visibility, and a unified space for your employee profiles and bookings — all without juggling Instagram DMs, Google Calendar, and a separate booking site.

  • How do I get more clients?

    Fixmeapp's feed and AI recommendations match you with the right clients based on style, location, availability, past results, and social proof. The system learns from each successful booking and gets better at sending you the customers you actually want.

  • Do I need a registered company to join?

    No. Anyone can create an account. If you're a freelancer without your own registered company, you can still offer your services directly through the app.

  • How much does Fixmeapp cost?

    Fixmeapp is free for end users. For service providers, we offer two models: a monthly subscription, or a per-transaction booking fee. You can choose whichever fits your business.

  • Can I connect my Instagram portfolio?

    Yes. Fixmeapp uses the Instagram Graph API to sync your photos, videos, reels, highlights, and basic business info. Customers see your real work, automatically updated, without you re-uploading anything.

  • Does Fixmeapp help me manage my clients?

    Yes. You get a dashboard showing your clients, upcoming bookings, revenue, repeat visitors, and performance insights — so you spend less time on admin and more time on craft.

    Fixmeapp is a next-generation social booking platform where inspiration, discovery, and booking live in the same flow. We start with beauty professionals — building the provider product first, then the customer-side discovery experience.

  • How does booking work in Fixmeapp?

    Customers search, swipe, or prompt requests like "Show me balayage in Södermalm on Friday." The app converts the request into booking options, galleries, and confirmed slots — without switching between websites, profiles, or inboxes.

  • Do I pay inside the app?

    Yes. We support Klarna, card payments, and more (depending on your region). All payments are secure and handled through trusted payment partners.

  • Can I follow my stylist or favorite creator?

    Yes. You can follow professionals, friends, creators, and local providers to receive updates, inspiration, and availability in your feed.

  • Is Fixmeapp only for beauty and hair?

    No. We start with beauty to build the perfect experience — but Fixmeapp is designed for all service-based businesses.

  • Will my stylist see my messages?

    Yes. Fixmeapp has a built-in messaging system so you can chat directly with providers about appointments, updates, and details.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule appointments?

    Yes. Cancellation policies vary by provider but are clearly displayed before you book.

  • Do I need an Instagram account to use Fixmeapp?

    No, but connecting Instagram gives you verified profiles, portfolio sync, galleries, and better recommendations.

  • Who can see my data?

    Only you control your data. We never sell personal information, and you choose exactly what is shared when you connect external accounts. Our work on consent, privacy-preserving matching, and the ethical data economy is documented in our research section.

    Yes. Fixmeapp is completely free for end users.

    The global booking experience is broken. Customers must jump between Instagram, Google, booking apps, DM inboxes, and websites just to book a service. Providers manage the same fragmentation from the other side. Fixmeapp unifies the discovery and booking flow into one intent-driven surface.

  • What makes Fixmeapp different?
