Is Fixmeapp only for beauty and hair?

No. We start with beauty to build the perfect experience — but Fixmeapp is designed for all service-based businesses, from wellness to home services to creative freelancers.

Will my stylist see my messages?

Yes. Fixmeapp has a built-in messaging system so you can chat directly with providers about appointments, updates and details. No more DMs scattered across Instagram, SMS and email.

Can I cancel or reschedule appointments?

Yes.
Policies vary depending on each provider, but everything is clearly displayed before booking.

Do I need an Instagram account to use Fixmeapp?

No — but connecting Instagram gives you:
• Verified business profiles
• Portfolio sync
• Photo & video galleries
• Better recommendations

Who can see my data?

Only you control your data.
We never sell personal information, and you choose exactly what is shared when you connect external accounts. We will in Q4 start our ethical data economy project where you will be able to moonitor your data and get bonuses.
