Weekly Tech-update (W.49)
This Week’s Breakthroughs
Read time: 1 minute
Another steady week of progress for our small but passionate Fixmeapp team. We’ve been refining the experience behind the scenes to make everything feel smoother, faster, and more seamless for our users.
What We Completed This Week
Our focus this week has been on strengthening the foundation of the app and improving how different parts connect with each other.
Development
This week, we focused a lot on how Fixmeapp handles media and profiles.
We created a new strategy for refreshing Instagram content, improved the way the app handles data fetching, and completed the Worker profile in both View and Edit mode.
UX/UI
On the design side, we continued shaping the profile experience.
Both customer and worker profiles now have their first versions ready, with clean layouts for viewing and editing information.
Infrastructure
Here we have made several important improvements.
Our Docker setup, which keeps mobile, web, and backend running smoothly, has been updated and now works better with hard reloads, speeding up development and testing.
What’s next?
Next week, we’re continuing to strengthen Fixmeapp’s core features.
We’re finalizing the onboarding and login flow for all profile types and starting to connect the Prompt Feed to the backend to test our AI features more fully.
Our design team is refining the first versions of the profile screens and shaping the overall home experience.
Behind the scenes, we’re strengthening our infrastructure and preparing a smoother, more automated development workflow.
Step by step, we’re building a more stable, faster, and complete Fixmeapp experience.
As always, thank you for following our journey.
