Another productive week for the Fixmeapp tech team! As we continue shaping the core experience of our platform, we’re making steady progress across development, design, and infrastructure. Here’s a quick look at what’s been happening behind the scenes.

What We Completed This Week

Our focus this week has been on strengthening the foundation of the app and improving how different parts connect with each other.

Development

We’ll finalize onboarding and login, complete all profile types (User, Worker, Business), and integrate the backend with our AI-powered prompt features.

UX/UI

Our design team wrapped up interviews with users and businesses to better understand their booking needs. We’ve also begun refining the profile and home screen layouts based on these insights.

Infrastructure

We’re completing our Docker setup with Redis and Celery, and running full end-to-end tests to ensure everything works seamlessly from backend to mobile.

What’s next?

Next week, we’ll continue improving the app experience and preparing the first complete versions of key features.
