At Fixmeapp, we’re proudly remote-first. None of our great ideas, breakthroughs, and successes have occurred in an office environment. Remote work also means that these casual and spontaneous conversations don’t happen naturally. That’s why we've created a digital "fika room", which we call Walk & Talk, to create space for spontaneous conversations.

Our team members are free to work in a setting they choose, and that suits them. This freedom fosters a naturally balanced and joyful culture, something that we at Fixmeapp are proud of. Not only are we remote-first, but we all enjoy being outdoors. That’s why we’ve created the daily Walk & Talk tradition, a moment of the day where the team links up and steps outside.

Occurring every day in the afternoon, Walk & Talk is a simple ritual that sparks a relaxed atmosphere, where fun memories, casual conversations, and laughs are shared among the team. Simply put, it’s a time when we all take a break. Walk & Talk is a meaningful part of Fixmeapp. We get to know each other better while at the same time enjoying the outdoors.

And in a fast-moving startup environment, taking 30 minutes to slow down really matters. Our work days should be both productive and fulfilling. The Walk & Talk tradition helps us keep it that way. A perfect balance, without the need for an office.
