The Fixmeapp team never sleeps. We move fast; designing, testing and shipping features every day, which bring us closer to our mission. This week, our tech team has reached some big milestones, and we’re proud to share our most recent breakthroughs in development.

New modes in user profiles implemented

Our first breakthrough is in the development of our user profiles. By successfully adding new modes (“view” and “edit”), we’ve now enhanced how users will be able to interact within their personal spaces inside the platform. Our current focus is on creating a clean, intuitive design that allows for simple customization, while ensuring security and privacy.

Breakthroughs in smooth onboarding processes

Our API breakthrough in integration of Instagram allows for easy onboarding of user’s content and material. Just as our philosophy on quick, easy and seamless UX dictates, we now have
the framework for a highly streamlined sign-up process. The groundwork for effortless connections between users and stylists has been laid; users not only get tried-and-tested clientele migrated to the app, it also means boosting engagement between users and stylists. Apart from the quick sign-up process, this also means that the app itself will promote an increase in bookings. But most importantly, it promotes a booking platform that is truly social.

Developer experience and performance

Behind the scenes, we’re optimizing Fixmeapp’s performance across platforms. By improving design consistency, loading speed, and system structure, our developers can deliver system updates faster and keep the user experience smooth and reliable.

It doesn’t end there. Our R&D efforts continue to be geared toward AI. We’re fine-tuning it and sharpening it. But most importantly, we’re building it from scratch.
Why? The new way to book services is going to be effortless, reliable and available everywhere.
Our visions are high, and we want seamless bookings to be the way we vision it – all to create a future where every recommendation feels more relevant and human.
